Lesson
The Reading program is designed to improve comprehensive
reading skills through an individualized reading program.
General Goals
To
foster a love of reading, to increase comprehension and to imbue
analytical skills across all curriculums. To develop reading
comprehension, vocabulary, word analysis, and study skills. To
widen knowledge by reading a wide variety of fictional and
nonfiction material.

Vocabulary Objective
Students will learn to recognize and apply new words in academics
and everyday life. Students will identify, decipher and write
words in context. Weekly tests and a cumulative test will be
given.
