Academic Center
of Excellence is a licensed facility.
Tuition
All payments are due in full on the 5th
of every month.
After the 5th, a late fee of $20
will be applied.
If the payment is not paid by the
5th, the class will be cancelled. Once balance
is paid in full the student will be allowed to return
as long as space availability permits.
Withdrawal
Procedures
If a child
must be withdrawn, notification is requested at least
1-month before the withdrawal date. Without 1m-month
advance notice, we will keep your deposit. We
reserve the right to terminate any student's enrollment
at any time for any reason. Unused tuition will be refunded
in such a case.
Pick-Up
Children must be picked up promptly after
tutoring. After 15 minutes past the hour, a $1/minute
will be applied.
Refunds
Refunds take four to six weeks to process.
Deposit
There will a required deposit of $100
when enrolled. This fee is fully refundable or
credited toward tuition when 1-month notice is given
to us before retiring.
